there is DOA & RMA after sales process for all of our products.
Q: What is DOA Process:
A: We run DOA within 30 days from delivery. Goods are guaranteed to
exchange when it is returned. New product operation would be
completed within 5 working days. Round trip shipping fees are taken

A: We run RMA after 30 days from delivery. Maintenance time runs
from within 15 to 20 working days according to the difficulty.

A: If product have problem out of warranty ,all shipping fees for

Q: How to get DOA/RMA authorized number:
A: Before returning the goods to Atahfer for maintenance or
exchange, customers must apply to an authorized number. and fill
the Application Form for Maintenance/Exchange in the Service and
Support blank. If the packing box is not marked with the authorized
number, the received goods would be returned.
